Ticket Holder - Important Information

The holder of this ticket assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats, fragments thereof, or thrown or batted balls. The ticket holder agrees that the team and its agents and players are not liable for injuries or damage, including automobile damage, resulting in such causes. The team reserves the right to revoke license granted by this ticket. The ticket holder grants permission to the team to use ticket holder's likeness incidental to any live or recorded video, photography, or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part. No outside food or beverage permitted in the stadium.

RAIN CHECK INFORMATION
In the event that 4 1/2 innings of this game are not completed, this ticket may be exchanged at the box office for an available like ticket for any regular season home game.
