Incoming Pitcher, Flight, Earns Honors

EDENTON, NC – The Edenton Steamers of the Coastal Plain League announce today that incoming left-handed pitcher Tim Flight has been named the 2012 Northeast-10 Conference Pitcher of the Year and a finalist for the Tino Martinez award, given to the most outstanding player in NCAA Division II baseball.

Edenton Signs Talented Sophomore Duo

EDENTON, NC – The Edenton Steamers of the Coastal Plain League announce today the signing of two sophomore players for this summer. Infielder/outfielder Blaise Fernández and right-handed pitcher Kevin McCarthy will join the teal and black in Edenton for 2012.
